Le Casse-Croûte, it’s first of all four French entrepreneurs living in Bangalore and passionate about good food. Our goal: make you discover fresh and homemade French food!

Back in September 2015, we launched the first French food truck in Bangalore. Since then, our truck explores the city almost everyday. Our special dish: French toasted sandwiches called croques!

And because we want you to bring home some of our speialties, we’ve just started to sell online and offline our homemade sauces (Moutarde de Bangalore, Grandma’s Ketchup) and snacks (Ch’ti Pâté).

Because we want to give you an authentic French experience, everything we use in our recipes is home-made at our “atelier”: bread, mustard, ketchup, aioli (a kind of garlic mayonnaise from South France), pesto etc…


Apart from being registered at the UNESCO as a intangible heritage and being famous for elaborated recipes, French cuisine is also all about “cuisine du marché” or a cuisine adapting to market ingredients.  Believing in the virtues of locavores and the importance of freshness to produce great food, we are only using local ingredients that we source from local markets and suppliers to cook our recipes.
